Privacy policy

• Account: the name you choose. If you add an email or sign in with Google, your email address (and, from Google, your name). We don't receive your Google password or access to anything else in your Google account.
• Trips: what you and your friends add: options, votes, dates, itinerary, expenses, who's on the trip, and payment handles (Venmo, PayPal) if you add them. Only members of a trip can see it.
• Feedback you send, with technical details (browser, page, recent errors) if you leave that box checked.
• Usage counts such as "a vote was cast" or "someone joined a trip", to see where planning gets stuck. These don't include what you wrote.

To run the app: show your trips to your crew, send sign-in codes and the reminder emails you can turn off in your profile, answer your questions in the trip assistant, fix bugs, and decide what to build next. Nothing else.

• Supabase: database and sign-in.
• Vercel: hosts the website.
• Resend: sends emails.
• Google: only if you choose "Continue with Google".
• Amazon Web Services (Bedrock): when you use the trip assistant, what you type or say and a summary of the trip you're viewing are sent to generate a reply. AWS doesn't use it to train models. Voice audio is streamed for the conversation and not stored by Trip Done.

Booking links open the provider's own site, which has its own privacy policy. Some links may earn Trip Done a referral fee; that never changes the price you pay.

Organizers can delete a trip at any time from Trip settings. To delete your account and everything you organized, use "Request deletion" on the About page or email jon.oconnor27@gmail.com. We do it within 7 days. Backups are kept for up to 7 days.
